Summer Hours
I’m writing this blog to let everyone know about the specific days I will be out of the salon this summer season. I will not be available to cut hair during the first weekend in June, which falls on the 6th and 7th of that month. Additionally, I will be out of the salon starting from June 28 and will remain unavailable through the entire 4th of July weekend, meaning I will be away from June 28 until July 7. I will return to the salon and resume cutting hair during my regular hours starting on Tuesday, July 8. It's important to note that spots preceding any time off and when I return tend to book up very quickly, so I always recommend prebooking your appointments well in advance. Every year, I have clients who wait until the last minute to try to book their haircut, and then they discover that it’s too late, which leads to them calling me in a panic, asking if I can squeeze them in. I truly want to accommodate everyone, but the way I schedule my appointments unfortunately doesn’t permit last-minute additions. I book everything for the exact amount of time it typically takes me to perform each service, and my schedule is designed such that when one client leaves, the next client is already arriving. Additionally, I do not schedule any breaks or lunches in my calendar; I prefer to work straight through to maximize availability. Although, on occasion, I may finish someone’s haircut a bit ahead of schedule, it is not consistent enough to include extra appointments in between. My booking system does have an option for a waitlist, so if you do not find anything available at a time that works for you, you can add yourself to that waitlist. You will receive a notification through Vagaro if and when something opens up. Just a quick reminder: if you have both text and email notifications turned off, Vagaro will have no way to alert you when an appointment becomes available. It is essential that you have at least one of those notification options enabled to receive updates from them.
